I have been on a diet of about 1300 calories for 76 days. I got the nerve up to weigh and I had lost only 5 pounds. I remembered downloading the book on Oxicise and looked it up. I don't think I ever did the plan except for experimenting with the breathing and was too lazy to continue, so I lost the info. How do I get into the chat room? I am 70 years old and cannot do physical exercise, so I could use tips as to how to do the breathing exercise. I wll appriciate any help I can get. Thanks, Betty

I think you are in the chatroom....but maybe there is one I don't know about...wouldn't surprise me at all. Cause there is so much going on in this website.
To help with the breathing, you can go up to the "General Oxycise Discussions" There is a load of info there..... I am 73 and find the breathing exercises not only help with weight management but help with my mild COPD! Can breathe so much better. Prayerfully, someone more in the KNOW will see your help message and give you better data. Just wanted you to know this does work....even if we have to work ;0 |

sorry for the delay in responding. I didn't have access to a computer earlier. You are actually in the "chat room"... but it's a message board rather than a live chat. So you may or may not get instant responses. You can also go into your personal settings (Under GO) and set up private discussions with other members. For breathing tips, please see the Topic "Newsletters and Announcements" under "What's New". Once you open up that subject, you will find "Breathing Tips" (currently the 3rd topic from the top).
