I would like to address this question to Jill.
Jill, I know that you did Oxycise during your fourth pregnancy. I am currently about 12 weeks pregnant with my third child and would like to know if you followed the suggestions in the Fuel for Success or did you follow recommendations from your doctor? I know the issues with meat and dairy but it seems like all the readin I have done, a pregnant woman needs foods from all the groups to support the growing baby. I do not have a problem O!ing twice sometimes three times per day but the eating issue when I am pregnant is hard. During the first three months, I try to eat well but alot of the time I eat things with too much sugar and salt for the nauseous tummy. I would appreciate your input since you are the original O! mom and would love input from any others who have suggestions. I will of course follow my doctors advise but would love to hear about others success during this time. |

I used L1 7 days a week during my last pregnancy 2001-2002, and I only gained 4 pounds. I just ate cleanly (no chemicals, no refined sugar, fresh foods) 6 times during the day. It really helped my nausea, which I had all 9 months.

Would you tell me what L17 is? Is it a vitamin or herb, something I can by in a health food store?

L1 is Level One Oxycise tape...I did it seven days a week!
And, Jennifer, if you mean meat, eggs and poultry as animal products, yes, I HAD to eat those since I had Gestational Diabetes with both pregnancies. They gave me the protein I needed without adding extra carbohydrates. Donna |

Thanks for the reply, Donna. I'm all for animal products, and I don't feel good unless I have some frequently. I was just curious because you didn't mention it in the other post.

Can you hear the pregnant brain not operating at full capacity? I reread your post Donna and discovered that I had totally misread it the first time. I am sure that Level 1 Oxycise is better that any herb or vitamin I could get during this time and so much better for me and the baby. Thanks for your reply and just be patient with my posts given the situation!
I am using the levels I have at least twice per day, the only one I don't have right now is Level 1 which is on loan to a friend. Does anyone have any comments on Level 3 and the Power Breathe that is introduced in this level? I would love feedback so I can get this one and level 4. Thanks again. |
