I get a cramp in my back when I do the floor back leg lift in L1 What am I doing wrong?

That used to happen to me, too. My back would start to cramp when I added the extra sniffs. So, I stopped trying to lift my leg so high and I would try to tuck my pelvis under a bit. Now that my back muscles are a bit stronger, I can lift my leg higher. I hope that helps!
