this is a question for julie or jill
i did bodyflex for 1 week a few years ago, and at the end of the week, i got VERY SICK for a whole month with upper resperitory problems. i had not been sick for a few years before that, and i quit. i'm pretty sure the breathing released toxins too quickly.
i just bought the book and 15 min audio tape, but i'm scared to start!
any advise?

For others who may be interested in the response,
I'm not aware of anyone who has reported that doing Oxycise! made them sick.

Although some smokers have reported an increase in phlegm production and coughing during the first few weeks of learning Oxycise! -- but this seemed to be their body's way of trying to clear their lungs. (We don't claim that Oxycise! is a cure for the harmful side-effects of smoking. If you smoke, please try to quit!)

thanks for your answer.
i have never smoked, so i still think it was just toxins... who knows? i will start oxycise now, i have already practiced the breathing, so here goes.
