Hi Polly!

I'm sure the increase in oxygen you experience by doing Oxycise will make a difference in your carpal tunnel syndrome. I'm not sure that any positions in particular will assist, though "Soaring" (from Level 3) seems like a good stretch for the forearms/wrists (and is one of my favorites)!

I developed carpal tunnel a couple of years ago when I started a fast-paced office job, but got rid of the symptoms completely by drinking more WATER!! Staying properly hydrated is essential for me -- I find that if I don't drink enough water, I start to feel the tingles again.

(Have you ever visited the Water Cure website? Check out http://www.watercure2.com) Smile

Hope this helps! Keep on O!ing. Big Grin

Thanks, I really haven't watched the amnt of water I drink, but I seem to read all the time on here that it's the thing to do, I'll just have to be more consistant. I know at times it's the last thing I think of, but in the past, I do know I didn't drink enough.
