I have heard that oxycise can tighten your skin so it won't be so loose. Is this true?

Hi Brenna!
All I can attest to is that my neck muscles and the fat under my chin is noticably tighter, but since I haven't been devoted to weight loss, and not seen dramatic flab changes, I'm probably not the one to talk to! Polly |

Hi Brenna,
I've lost about 25" so far. I measure around my upper arm, stomach, hips and chest. I have a lot more to lose, but thankfully the skin has stayed tight. I don't know what will happen when I finally lose all of my stomach. That's where I carry most of my weight, correction that's one of the places where I have a lot to come off. Also, working on hips and thighs It will be interesting to see what has happened for others. Kelly, I know you are at goal weight for almost a year. What do you think about your skin tone?? Sharon |

Well.... I feel like my weight-loss was slow enough that I didn't have big problems with needing to tone. I do think that doing the positions for Oxycise! really helps with keeping things toned, though. Especially the neck area!
I still have an "apron" on my middle, but I think only surgery will correct that. (which I refuse to resort to!) It really isn't as bad as it use to be and might improve even more if I'd do positions with my Oxybreaths more often. |

Hi! I lost all over, my first year of O, and my skin just tightened up with everything else.
