I seem to have a sore throat. Is that a cooincidence or could it be an irritation from exhaling through my mouth? Any suggestions if that is the case?

Hi Kate,

I believe it is just a coincidence, as I have not heard any reports of Oxycise users getting a sore throat after doing the breathing. Sometimes my throat will get a little dry, but a sip of water remedies that.

It sounds like you may just be getting a cold. Let me know if the sore throat persists.

Hi Kate,

I just wanted to mention that the only time I get a sore throat is when it is really dry and my allergies are acting up. I will then do my O near a humidifier, and I know that some on the D2L board have even done them right after a shower when the bathroom has lots of humidity in it. That's just a tip for winter time.

Welcome to the O board. We would love to have you posting on the D2L section. It is a great group of people, who have really helped me to stay motivated.

Again welcome to O.

Kirstine is the expert! I really appreciate all that she and the others do.
